Q: Why does the Walrus need to be placed away from walls or obstacles?
A: The Walrus should be positioned at least 50 cm away from walls, fences, pools, or other obstacles. This is necessary to allow the storage pouch at the back to open and close properly. Because of this, the Walrus cannot be placed directly against a wall if access to the storage compartment is required.

Q: Is it suitable for outdoor use?
A: Yes, the Walrus is fully designed for outdoor use. All parts that are permanently exposed to the elements are made from an extremely durable, waterproof tarpaulin material that does not absorb water.
What makes the Walrus unique is that it is designed to stay visually attractive all year round, even when the cushions are stored inside the backrest. It is the only outdoor sofa that does not require a protective cover, so your terrace always looks clean and finished without a loose or dirty cover.

Storing the accessories indoors is not necessary, as the materials are designed for outdoor use and can be cleaned when needed. Machine washing is possible for both cushions and blankets. However, for those who prefer extra protection during long, wet winter periods, indoor storage can be considered.
