Q: Can I choose a custom color for the painted parts?
A: Yes, painted parts can be produced in any RAL color of your
choice. A startup fee of $400 per RAL color, per collection, and per order
will apply.
Q: Is Manille wheelchair accessible?
A: Manille is wheelchair accessible on both ends of the table.
Q: Which shade options are available for the Manille?
A: The Manille is available with two different shade options: the Soft Shade and the Fixed Shade. The Soft Shade can be easily removed and stored when not in use. It features an open-weave fabric that allows wind to pass through, making it highly resistant to strong winds. However, due to its open structure, it is not waterproof.
Q: Do I need to fix the Manille to the floor when
using the fixed shade?
A: Yes, we highly recommend to fix the Manille to the
floor in order to prevent the table to be blown away in case of heavy winds.
Q: Can you remove the
fabric for washing?
A: The fabric is easy
to remove for the soft shade and can be washed in the washing machine (max.
30°C and do NOT tumble dry!). However, in the first place, you should remove
the fabric from the shade and store it inside when you do not use it. This protects
the parasol from getting dirty.
Q: what to do with the
cover when using the soft shade?
A: you can roll up the
cover and store it underneath the tabletop with the magnets.
Q: Do you need to use
a parasol cover?
A: Not for the fixed
shade, but the cover is needed for the soft shade to protect and fix the
parasol when not in use. Protect your parasol
from polluted rain, bird droppings, dust and heavy winds to avoid marks or
stains on the parasol fabric.
Q: How resistant is
the parasol?
A: Tests have shown
that the shade withstands wind speeds up to 46 mph. Still, we strongly
advise to take of the fabric sooner from 31 mph is the
rule of thumb).
Designed as a table with bench formation, this picnic table comfortably accommodates up to four people on the benches while the head of the table is reserved for wheelchair users - making Manille an inclusive and accessible table for everyone; a true tool for togetherness. What makes this picnic table stand out is its versatility. Extend the table in length by connecting multiple tables together. Thanks to a simple connection piece, you can join as many tables as you want. The shade creates an intimate cocoon whenever you need it.
Manille is built to last, with the highest-quality materials that ensure durability and long-lasting performance. And by the way, Manille comes in a flatpack box, minimizing its environmental footprint.
